The App is a lightweight tool designed to:

Measure bicycle tire pressure using real-time audio analysis
Store bike profiles with custom calibration parameters locally on your device
Track measurement history on your device
Provide a simple, intuitive interface for cyclists
Collect anonymous frequency analysis data to continuously improve measurement accuracy

Key Features: No user registration or accounts required. Works offline for all measurement functionality. Collects only anonymous frequency data (not audio) to improve the app. Audio is never recorded or transmitted.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Proper Use

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Provide accurate calibration data for reliable measurements
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

3.2 Safety and Accuracy

Important: The App provides estimated tire pressure measurements. Results should be verified with a traditional pressure gauge when precision is critical. You are responsible for maintaining safe tire pressures for your cycling activities.

4. Calibration and Accuracy

Measurement accuracy depends on proper calibration with your specific tires
Different tire models, brands, and conditions may affect results
You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate calibration profiles
We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of pressure measurements

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

The App, including its code, design, audio analysis algorithms, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Create derivative works based on the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the App, including:

Bike profile names
Calibration parameters
Measurement history

6.2 Local Storage Only

All user data is stored exclusively on your device
We never have access to, collect, or store your data on any servers
Your data is automatically and permanently deleted when you uninstall the App
No backups or cloud copies exist - you are responsible for your own data backup if desired

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of measurements
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from tire pressure issues
You assume all risks associated with using measurement data from the App

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of third parties

10. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs
Updates may be automatic or require manual installation
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

11. Termination

13. Technical Requirements

The App requires device microphone access for real-time audio processing
Audio is processed in streaming mode and never saved
Core measurement functionality works offline
Internet connection required to transmit anonymous frequency analysis data
Functionality depends on device specifications and operating system
We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices

14. No Professional Advice

The App does not provide professional bicycle maintenance advice. For safety-critical decisions, consult a qualified bicycle mechanic.

15. Data Collection and Privacy

Core App Operation

The measurement functionality operates with minimal data collection:

No user accounts or authentication required
Local-only storage for your profiles and history
All audio processing happens on-device
Audio is never saved or transmitted

Anonymous Analytics

To continuously improve measurement accuracy, the app collects anonymous frequency analysis data:

What's Collected: Mathematical frequency patterns from calibration measurements
What's NOT Collected: Audio recordings, personal information, device identifiers, or location
Purpose: Improve measurement algorithms for all users
Anonymous: Cannot be traced back to you or your device

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:
